Dementia drop-in clinics are held between 12pm-2pm on the first Friday of every month. Hamstreet, Ivycourt & Charing GP surgeries. See here for when and where the next one is.

*Alzheimers Trek 26 : Take on an epic 26 or 13 mile trek in one of 10 breath-taking locations across the UK. You'll join thousands of others who are also trekking for better days ahead.
*Dose of Nature: A charity established to promote the mental health benefits of engaging with the natural world. Ask your GP about local Social Prescribing groups that could support you.
