The Phoenix Choir

The Phoenix Choir aims to bring joy & energy to all those living with dementia.
Whether you are dealing with the illness yourself or caring for a loved one... this choir hopes to create a small pocket of calm, re connection & joy into your weekly life.
We will sing a mix of songs from across the years, chosen specifically to bring energy and feel good vibes.
The session will start with a warm up, followed by 30 mins singing and then an all important natter with a cup of tea & a biscuit!
All are very welcome. Please get in touch with Carla to find out more.❤️😊🙏
