The Monday Gang
A weekly support session for people recently diagnosed with dementia,
designed to support, inspire, and stimulate participants.
The group includes a range of activities such as Tai Chi, informative talks and opportunities to meet and socialise
with others who are living with similar experiences.
When & Where: Mondays, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at Hands of Hope, Hawkhurst, TN18 4QB
