A welcoming weekly support session for people recently diagnosed with dementia.
Designed to support, inspire, and stimulate, The Monday Gang offers a relaxed space to connect with others who
understand what you’re going through.
What to expect:
*Gentle activities such as Tai Chi
*Informative talks
*Plenty of time to meet, chat, and socialise with people living with similar experiences
When & Where:
Mondays, Term Time 10:00am – 12:30pm
Hands of Hope, Hawkhurst, TN18 4QB
Cost: There is a small charge for the session
