The brave & brilliant Jess Williams ran her first 10kms in honour of her darling mum, who lives with vascular dementia.
Jess hadn’t run in nearly 20 years but decided in January to try again despite ongoing back issues and uncertainty about her limits. After years of pain, she gradually rebuilt strength through weight training and is now able to run again!—something that feels like a huge, joyful achievement. A huge thanks to her & all sponsors.
