Information-Sharing Sessions
We offer dedicated information-sharing sessions for family members supporting a loved one living with dementia.
Held at our office in The Trading Post, Tenterden these sessions provide a welcoming space to discuss real-life experiences, exchange insights, and connect with others who truly understand the challenges of dementia care.
Through open discussion, practical advice, and shared understanding, participants can gain valuable coping strategies and feel more confident in their caregiving journey.
Our team also provides clear guidance on navigating practical matters — including how to apply for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding and other key support options.
